During this interactive virtual event, the vegan recipe developer will discuss how nutrition plays a key role in our mood, health, and happiness. Follow along as she shares her story, demos some favorite recipes, and gives tips on adding a wellness twist to your favorite comfort foods and libations. - Livestream takes place on December 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. ET
- Experience must be booked prior to event start time
- Experience is appropriate for participants of all ages and skill levels
- Recipe card and shopping list will be provided after booking, but are not mandatory for participating in experience
- Instacart gift card will be emailed to each registered participant by December 3, 2021
- Livestream is in English and will be 30 minutes long
- Guests are encouraged to take/share photos of their experience, digital recording of the livestream is prohibited
