Taste the convergence of talent, terroir, and technique on 11 and 12 July 2025 as Restaurant Petrus hosts a rare six-hands dinner showcasing three of Asia's most compelling chefs. This high-altitude collaboration brings together the modern French mastery of Chef Uwe Opocensky, the Singaporean reimaginings of Chef Jimmy Lim from JL Studio, and the fire-forward Indian grill of Chef Jitin Joshi from Singapore's Revolver. With only a few tables available, this two-nights-only event will unfold in Petrus's elegant dining room overlooking Victoria Harbour—complete with curated wine pairings and behind-the-scenes access to the chefs.
