    LUMA proudly reintroduces their seasonal collaboration with Michelin-recommended Café Bau, inviting diners to enjoy a delightful multi-course farm-to-table tasting menu crafted by Executive Chef Kasey Chan. Chef Kasey preserved the essence of Café Bau by putting an emphasis on adopting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to reduce carbon footprint and food waste, and reimagines classic dishes showcasing Hong Kong's rich culinary heritage. His innovative use of familiar ingredients such as Sea Cucumber, Chinese Cured Meats, Abalone and Sichuan Sauce highlights local flavours. Each dish is elevated with the exceptional Western cooking techniques by the LUMA and Café Bau teams. As part of their Priceless Planet Coalition, for every booking made, a tree will be restored on the diner's behalf, with a goal to reforest 100 million trees worldwide.
