Savour the delicate symphony of flavours in every course, which are in turn balanced and enhanced with Demi's visionary tea pairing guidance. Diners will be educated on the unique dynamics between scent and palate, as gastronomic delights such as mantis shrimps and deep-fried soft-shell crab are beautifully paired with premium cold brew and sparkling teas. Demi would grace her presence to offer tea pairing recommendations every first and third Tuesdays of the month; on regular days, tea would be served by the Yue team.
