    • If a tour is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions, natural disasters and/or other unforeseeable reasons, Guide to the Philippines will offer to either reschedule the tour or, if client wishes, offer a free rebooking or full refund for the tour not serviced
  • Cancellation policy
    • Tour cancellations are made only through an email request to: booking@guidetothephiliipines.ph
    • If participants reschedule at least 24 hours (calculated from the confirmed event start time and date) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no rescheduling fee
    • If participants reschedule between more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, no refund or alternate session would be arranged
